About Linda Perry
Linda Perry is Emerita Professor of Music, retired in 2012 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she was Director of Keyboard Studies and coordinator of the graduate program in Collaborative Piano. Dr. Perry holds B.Mus. and M.Mus. degrees in Piano Performance from Northwestern University and the DMA in Collaborative Piano from the University of Illinois.
Best known as a collaborative artist, Dr. Perry has performed extensively as a recitalist. She was accompanist for the national conferences of the Suzuki Association of the Americas for 22 years and was the pianist and editorial consultant for the revised recordings and editions of their violin literature. Her former students currently hold positions on college faculties in the U.S. and abroad.
